A. Unless you completed a transfer to another brokerage, on
December 10 - 14, 2003, your Quicken Brokerage powered by Siebert
account(s) was automatically converted to a SiebertNet account.
To see your holdings, please visit the SiebertNet web site at
www.siebertnet.com or call 1-888-548-7924,
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 7:30pm ET.
Q. Do my Quicken Brokerage Member ID and password still work?
A. Your Member ID and password are still valid at Quicken.com.
They will continue to give you access to your Quicken Watch Lists, your My Finances
page and all of the other investing resources available at Quicken.com.
Q. Will my Quicken Brokerage Member ID be valid at my new brokerage?
A. You will need to establish a new user ID and password/PIN
for your SiebertNet account at Muriel Siebert & Co., Inc. You should have received
information in the mail that included details on accessing your new SiebertNet
account online. If you transferred your account to another brokerage of your choosing,
they will be able to provide you with information about their login process.
