Job Summary:

Since then we’ve continued to focus on delighting customers and making the Quicken product and experience better than ever.  We are currently looking for an intelligent, experienced, and energetic professional to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

Responsibilities: 
  • Update and maintain vendor database in NetSuite
  • Coordination with business people regarding purchase requisitions and creation of POs in NetSuite
  • Communication with business people seeking for approvals on vendor invoices.
  • Coding of invoices to appropriate GL account by analyzing invoices
  • Preparation of payment run twice a week and making sure vendor get paid before the due date
  • Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
  • Sending the remittance information to vendors
  • Taking charge of incoming vendor mail (both email and USPS)
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned
  • Coordination with 3rd party sales tax preparer
  • Part-time coverage of front door when Executive Admin/Office Manager is not available 
Qualifications: 
  • Proven working experience (up to 1year and more) as accounts payable clerk
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
  • NetSuite and Bill.Com experience is preferred but not required
