As the Marketing Operations & Technology Manager, you will champion the configuration, use and adoption of the tools in our existing marketing tech stack, as well as propose additions as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the solutions and vendors in the marketing tech space and will be comfortable proposing and executing strategies that optimize existing and net new tools and processes.  

We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate jumps at the opportunity to take initiative and improve our existing processes and configurations and has a deep understanding of the marketing technology space.

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, testing, analytics) used to drive growth and retain existing subscribers
  • Bring efficiency to the marketing team by owning the technical setup of marketing programs and tools
  • Monitor the performance and health of our marketing technology platforms and diagnose issues
  • Proactively explore data flows across our marketing tech stack to find areas for optimization
  • Manage existing MarTech stacks and vendor relationships. You are the  go to person when a channel needs additional data, tagging, or new functionality to better convert or onboard prospects
  • Evaluate new technologies within the context of the existing Martech stack and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Own the accuracy of data, tagging, and testing across all our marketing technology platforms
  • Take ownership of global processes, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancement. Processes include things such as data strategy, enrichment, standardization, data integrations, user journeys, segmentation, etc.
  • Deliver on roadmaps from concept through enablement to ensure high adoption and high success. This includes handling project timelines, communication, expectations, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, DevOps, and IT to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Work with stakeholders to find opportunities for improvement to grow pipeline and scale efficiencies. Projects may include launching new technologies, optimizing existing processes, supporting new features, business process reviews, etc.
  • Seek improvement and efficiency at every turn. Have an eye for scale and automation.
  • 3-5 years of marketing technology experience required, specifically with building and maintaining complex user journeys with performance reporting, comprehensive testing, and segmentation
  • BA in Marketing or similar relevant field
  • Proven track record of owning processes, working cross-functionally, and building successful marketing technology and data flows
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments that require quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing and engineering, data warehouse and operational functions, and marketing channel owners
  • Experience configuring marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, MixPanel)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation systems and testing platforms
  • Experience with configuring and implementing tags and pixels in Google Tag Manager
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
