Join the Quicken Customer Care Tucson team as a Training Specialist! We are looking for an intelligent, experienced, and energetic training professional to join our customer care team.
As a training specialist at Quicken, you will primarily be supporting our support staff by living our core values day in and day out. You’ll be creating, redesigning, and delivering training content for our Quicken support teams. Ensuring our new and current support teams are prepared for the incoming customer questions, understand new changes in the Quicken Software, and know the upcoming process updates. Driving a higher-performing care organization and have fun while doing it!
- 3+ years recent tech support experience
- 2+ years of Quicken experience
- 2+ Years of Articulate and/or TechSmith experience
- Experience with the end-to-end process of creating and launching eLearning content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience prioritizing workloads and delivering on tight deadlines
- Experience using the ADDIE model
- Strong understanding of online money management, banking, investing, etc.
- Like to hustle just as much as you like to have fun
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a high energy level
