Authenticate - User not found Error When Trying to Update Portfolio X-Ray in Quicken 2015
This error occurs when you created your XRay under one Intuit ID, then changed to a different Intuit ID in your file (Edit > Preferences > Intuit ID, Mobile & Alerts).
You can reset this manually, if you don't want to change back to the original Intuit ID:
- With Quicken closed, go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Quicken\Inet\Common\Localweb\XRay
- Double-click XRay.INI to open it with Notepad
- Change ResetXRay=0 to ResetXRay=1 and Save the change (Ctrl + S)
- Open Quicken and go to the Investing tab to select XRay and click Get Started button.
