Canceling An Online Financial Service

You might want to cancel an online financial service if you find that you are not using it. Or you might realize that you are not using a particular account and don't want the unused account cluttering up the lists of available accounts in the One Step Update window or the Online Center. When you need to, it is easy to deactivate the online services from an account that you track in Quicken. Keep in mind, you must also contact your financial institution and have them make the necessary changes on their end.

To cancel an online financial service, complete the following procedures:

  • Deactivate the online access for your account(s) within Quicken
  • Contact your financial institution to cancel your online financial service and the monthly service charge.

Intuit is unable to cancel online services provided by your financial institution. Online financial services and the associated fees are administered by your financial institution and must be canceled through them.
