Can't Delete Downloaded Payments in the Compare to Register Window

When payments have been processed by your financial institution, but are not found in your register, they will be displayed in the New Payments and Transfers section of Compare to Register window. If the transaction already exists in your register, manually match the downloaded one to the one in the register instead of deleting it. The downloaded transaction contains payment tracking information from your financial institution that will be added to your data file when you accept it.

Payments with a status of Update should also be accepted.  When the payment shows an Update status, it means that the payment has been modified by the bank (such as back-end code changes) and needs to sync with the originally download payment to match up.
