      • Change your Intuit password
For details on changing your Intuit ID password, go to the article, Change your Intuit ID password.
The password should have 8 or more characters, upper case and lower case letters (e.g. Aa), a number (e.g. 1234) and a symbol (e.g. !@#$).
Once changed, you can use your new Intuit ID password to sign in to all Intuit services. Remember to make the same change on all of the mobile devices that you want to sync with this data file.
      • Sign in as a different user
Click the Sign in as a different User link to sign in as a different user.

Once changed, you'll use your Intuit ID to sign in to all Intuit Services.
Your e-mail address is used for all communications from Intuit, including mobile alerts. It is also used if you forget your Intuit ID or password.

Why you might want to do this:
You can't remember the password for your Intuit ID, and you can't reset your password because you don't have access to the email account that you're using.
You want to use a different Intuit ID with your data file.

NOTE: Your Password Vault password will be reset to the new Intuit ID password. Since the Password Vault is linked with the Intuit ID, this would reset and delete all the existing encrypted Financial Institution data and passwords. You will need to add them later.
Your online bills will not be automatically refreshed into Quicken and your bill reminders will not reflect the latest due date or amount anymore.

      • Change your security question
Click Update your Intuit Profile information to change your security question associated with this Intuit ID.
Sign in using your Intuit ID and password.
You should see your profile information.
        Select the Security tab.
Next to Security question, click Edit.

NOTE: You should remember your security question and answer because you will need it handy if you forget your Intuit password and you want to retrieve it.
