Changing or Canceling an Online Order


If you placed your order for a CD online within the last 45 minutes, a Cancel button will appear on the Order Details page when you sign in to your online account.

To cancel your order, click the Cancel button. If your order has passed the point of online cancellation or if a portion of your order has already been fulfilled, the Cancel button will not appear.

If you placed a download or unlock order online or if it has been more than 45 minutes since you placed your online order, you will not able to cancel the order. If you want to return your order, please see our Return Policy for instructions.
