Overview

When using Quicken Bill Presentment Services, you may receive the following message:

This account seems to be disabled or requires an action. Please log on to your biller website to resolve.

Cause

Quicken was unable to process the request because you need to complete an action on your biller’s website. For example, confirming a change to the site’s terms of service or the website has a survey pop-up that you need to complete.

Instructions

Checking your biller's website.

  1. Login to your biller's website and navigate.
  2. Check if there is anything that you need to complete. (example: confirming a change to the site’s terms of service, or the website has a survey pop-up)
  3. Logout from your Biller's website.

Once you have completed the above steps, please login to Quicken and try adding the biller again. If it still doesn’t work, please consider updating your account within the next few hours or the next business day.
