Error : D Manager error -111 (QOL Bad AuthenticationResponse error)


You may receive the following message while attempt to add an account in Quicken Essentials:

ID Manager error -111 (QOL Bad AuthenticationResponse error


This error is caused by an incorrect time or timezone set on your computer.

  1. Click on Apple on the top left and choose System Preferences.
  2. Click on Date & Time.
  3. Ensure there is a checkmark next to Set Date & Time Automatically.
  4. Close this window and System Preferences and attempt to add your account again.
