Error When Printing a Report To A PDF File: Printer not activated


When trying to print a report to an Adobe® pdf file and clicking on the Settings button in the Printer Setup window, the following error occurs:

Printer not activated, error code [x]


There are some areas in Quicken where you cannot print to PDF.  Some areas also include within Help or within a broswer utilized within the product.
