Error When Running Quicken Online Backup Scheduler: LA 2222
When running the Quicken Online Backup scheduler, the following error message appears:
Error LA 2222
This issue can occur for several reasons:
If the Online Backup scheduler times out during the backup process.
If the Online Backup scheduler time window is set for to short of a time period.
If another program conflicts with the Online Backup process.
To resolve this issue, set the Online Backup scheduler for a two hour time interval.
Note: Disable the Microsoft Windows Power Management settings for Sleep or Hibernation mode. To view this setting, click the Microsoft Windows Start button, and select Control Panel. Double-click Power Options and then select the Hibernate tab and Power Schemes tab to disable the sleep and hibernate features.
To change the scheduled Online Backup:
- Click the Microsoft Windows Start button and select Programs > Online Backup > Online Backup.
- Click the Schedule button and select the Schedule Backup option.
- Select the Day and Time that are optimal for your backup needs. Also set enough time (2 hours) to allow the backup process to complete uninterrupted.
- Click Save.
