Error When Using Online Services: OL-346


Your financial institution is not allowing you to modify the payment or transfer request. If the payment or transfer has not been processed yet, you can cancel the transaction, then create a new one.

Locate the detailed message from your financial institution

In many cases, your financial institution will include more detailed information that will indicate the specific cause of the OL-346 error message. If the message indicates the cause of the problem, correct the issue and then try your connection again.

To locate the detailed message, choose One Step Update Summary from the Tools menu.

Look at the section for your financial institution for the message.

If the message does not indicate the cause of the error, continue with the next section.

Cancel the payment or transfer request

  • Delete the online payment or transfer, recreate it, then try again.

Update Quicken to the latest release

Some financial institutions only support the latest release of Quicken. To update to the latest release:

  1. Choose One Step Update from the Tools menu.
  2. Click the check box to deselect all items, and then click Update Now.
  3. If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to update to the latest release.
