How do I check the status of my Quicken order?
Learn how to check the status of your Quicken software order.
- Go to www.quicken.com.
- Hover your mouse over Sign In at the top and then click on My Account.
- Enter your User Name and Password and then click Sign In. If you can't remember your username or password, we can help.
- Click on Order Status on the left.
- Now, there are two different approaches you can take to look up your order:
- Enter your last name, phone number, and credit card number you used to make the purchase; or,
- Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and zip code.
- Click on Get Status.
If you cannot find your order you may have purchased the download opposed to the CD-ROM.
Follow the same steps as above. Once you get to Step 4, select Downloads and Unlocks instead. If you ordered a software download, it will be listed on the right.
