How do I check the status of my Quicken order?

Learn how to check the status of your Quicken software order.

  1. Go to
  2. Hover your mouse over Sign In at the top and then click on My Account.
  3. Enter your User Name and Password and then click Sign In.  If you can't remember your username or password, we can help.
  4. Click on Order Status on the left.
  5. Now, there are two different approaches you can take to look up your order:
    • Enter your last name, phone number, and credit card number you used to make the purchase; or,
    • Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and zip code.
  6. Click on Get Status.

If you cannot find your order you may have purchased the download opposed to the CD-ROM.

How do I check the status of my Quicken order?

Follow the same steps as above.  Once you get to Step 4, select Downloads and Unlocks instead.  If you ordered a software download, it will be listed on the right.
