How do I register my Quicken software



  • About registering Quicken software
    You must register Quicken to use Quicken Cloud services-online banking and investment transaction download, online bill pay, investment alerts, Quicken on your phone or tablet, and other features where information is shared between Quicken and the Quicken Cloud.

  • Choose Help menu > Register Quicken (this menu item does not appear if you've already registered your Quicken software).
  • Enter your name and address.
  • Answer some general questions about Quicken and the kinds of financial tasks you plan on doing. (Optional)
  • Click Register.
  • Select the appropriate option:
    • Sign in to your account
      If you've previously registered with Quicken.com, enter your Quicken.com user ID and password, and then click Sign In.
    • Create an account
      If you're not registered with Quicken.com and would like to do so, click Continue and then follow the onscreen instructions.
    • Skip
      If you don't have a Quicken.com account and don't want to set one up at this time, click Skip Quicken.com registration (lower left), and then click Finished.

Tip: To find out which version of Quicken you are using, open Quicken go to Help menu and select About Quicken.
