How do I track a budget or savings goal


On the Quicken Home tab, you can add a Budget or Savings Goal Progress snapshot to track how well you're doing.

  1. Click the Home tab, and then click Customize.
  2. In the Customize View dialog, under Available Items, select Budget, or Savings Goal Progress. They're both in the Planning section.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click OK.
    To change what's displayed in a snapshot

    From either snapshot, click Options.


    To view multiple budgets or savings goals

    Add more than one snapshot of each, as described above.
