How do I view an image attached to an account


Quicken includes an Attachments Viewer that lets you view attachments, open the attachment in its associated Windows application (such as Windows Photo Viewer, Adobe Photoshop, or GIMP), save attachments to your hard drive so they can be accessed outside of Quicken, upload an attachment to the cloud, or delete attachments that you no longer need.

  1. Open the account that contains the attachment you want to view.
  2. Click the Account Actions icon, and then choose Account Attachments.
  3. In the Account Attachments Viewer, select the date associated with the attachment you want to view (for example, a statement from a particular date).
  4. Click View. The Attachments Viewer appears and you can now view the attachments for the account that you selected.
  5. Optional: To open an attachment in its associated Windows application (such as Windows Photo Viewer, Adobe Photoshop, or GIMP) rather than in the Attachments Viewer, double-click the image.

Note

Account attachments are organized by date. When you open the Attachments Viewer as described above, all the attachments associated with the same date are visible, and you can add additional attachments for that date. To view account attachments for a different date, close the viewer and repeat steps 2-4.
