How To Print a Customer Statement

You can print a copy of a customer statement for your records or to send to your customer. For example, you might want to send a reminder statement when a customer's payment is late.

  1. Click on Business on the topo menu bar, Invoices and Estimates, then Print Statements.
  2. In the Customer Statements dialog, review the settings for the statement you want to print. Decide if you want to add finance charges. 
  3. Click Print.
