Investment Transactions Auto-entered in Register in a New File Account

A first-time download for investment accounts in a new data file, even if the option for "Automatically add transaction to investment account" is turned off will automatically enter the transactions into the account register.

This is an intended change in Quicken 2012, to reduce the account discrepancies and to avoid the placeholder entries. Also, since this is a new data file, there are no transaction histories to match.  The next time download will work as expected, and the transaction will come at the bottom of the register, to be accepted manually.
