Invoice or Estimate Logo Not Printing


Quicken Home and Business wih the Invoice Form designer allows you to add a custom business logo to the invoice or estimate when it is printed or saved to a PDF file format.  In some cases, the logo does not show up when printed. 


The logo must be in a .BMP file format.  Also, the ability for the logo to print is dependent on physical space.  In order for Quicken to make sure the address is complete, Quicken will shrink the logo size and if necessary remove the logo when the address gets above ~35 to 50 characters. 

To resolve this issue, decrease the size of the logo or decrease the size of the address by abbreviating "Street" to "St." or "North" to "N."
