Message: "incorrect passphrase" or "invalid account"

An "incorrect passphrase error" or an invalid account" message can display if the Online Backup program's login credential is incorrect. The login credential on your PC needs to be updated.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose Open in the File Download window.
  2. Enter your Account ID and Password.
  3. Follow the directions for the update.
  4. Click OK to complete the login credential update.
