This is an error generated by the Windows operating system. It indicates that there is a mapped network drive that was inaccessible by Quicken Online Backup when it attempted to run a backup. In order to correct this, verify that all mapped network drives you have selected for backup are working and that they have proper Windows permissions to access them. After that has been confirmed, restart the backup process.
