Message When Using Online Services: OL-316-A


You may receive the following message while using online services in Quicken:



It may be too late to modify or cancel this transaction because processing by your financial institution has already begun.

  • In the Quicken register, click the lightning bolt next to the transaction.
    • If the status is Processing, then you should contact your Financial Institution to see if they can cancel it.
    • If the status is Processed, then your transaction has already been processed by your Financial Institution.
