Message When Using Online Services: OL-336-A


You may receive the following message while using online services in Quicken:



Quicken maintains a list of the financial institutions that support online services with Quicken. Quicken checks for updates to this list every couple of days. If your financial institution has recently merged or made changes to the online services offered you may need to manually update the list that Quicken maintains.

  1. Choose the Tools menu > Online Center.
  2. Select the financial institution you want to update from the Financial Institution drop down menu.
  3. Hold down CTRL+F3 on your keyboard and click Contact Info.
  4. Select the financial institution you want to update and click Refresh. The branding and profile information will be listed under current status as "needs updating."
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Update/Send, enter your PIN, and complete the update to get the latest branding and profile information for this financial institution.
