Online Research Content Won't Open

When opening Online Research content under the Investing menu, you may find the content will not lauch.  This content includes:

  • Evaluator
  • Multiple Security Charting
  • Mutual Fund Charting
  • One-Click Scorecard
  • Quote Lookup
  • Investing Research


Go to and Sign In.  Once logged in, switch back to Quicken and try selecting one of the Online Research options again.
