Pop-up Registers Option is Unavailable
The option to select pop-up registers is unavailable. This is caused by having the startup screen option set to one of the account registers.
To resolve this issue
- In the same Preferences window, go to the Startup option in the upper left.
- On the right, under Startup location, select an option in the dropdown other than an account register.
- Go back to the Register section on the left and the Use pop-up registers option will now be available.
Please note, if the Use pop-up registers option is selected, you will not be able to use an account register as the startup page.
