A problem with transfer transactions was detected during the upgrade process
You may receive the following error message stating a problem with transfer transactions was detected during the upgrade process:
After the upgrade process is complete, you can correct any repaired transactions following these steps:
- Search for the transactions with the word "<ERROR>" in the Transfer field by viewing all transactions in the all transaction register view (select Transactions from the Tools section of the sidebar, and then select All Dates from the Date filter at the top), and sort the register by the Transfer column. The
string should sort close to the beginning of the list, after the ones with the field left blank. If you do not see the Transfer column, click on the gear icon in the upper right and click on Transfer.
- Replace "<ERROR>" with the appropriate account name.
- Save the changes.
- Please note: This may create a duplicate entry in the account on the other end of the transfer. If so, you can navigate to the other account register and delete the old extra transaction (it will be the one with nothing in the transfer field).
