Quicken and Microsoft Windows Vista Compatibility
Please make sure you have the latest release of Quicken.
To resolve the issue of Quicken not responding:
- Close Quicken.
- On the Windows Desktop, right-click the Quicken icon and select Run as.
- In the Run As window:
- Select The following user.
- Click the User name drop-down arrow and select the Administrator.
- In the Password box, enter the Administrator password, and then click OK.
If you receive a warning about unauthorized access, click Allow.
