Quicken Emailed Discount Offer Not Applying Discount to Cart


When attempting to use an electronic discount offer received Quicken, the discount may not appear to be applied.  This can appear either on the purchase site or in the cart. 

This unexpected behavior occurs if you already have a Buy Quicken window open in either another tab or another browser window on your system.

To get the discount to properly appear close all browser windows, then try the email offer once again.
