You may receive the following message when attempting to make an Online Backup:
To resolve this issue
- Navigate to the location where Quicken Online Backup is installed. The default location is C:\Program Files\Online Backup.
- Run OnlineBackupSettings.exe.
- You will be prompted to re-enter your Online Backup credentials (ID, password).
- Attempt to use Quicken Online Backup.
