Spending Transactions (Income) Does Not Include Dividends

In the Spending tab, transactions are selected on the category basis affected by income and expenses, whereas investment categories are affected by actions of types of investments.  Therefore, investment accounts do not show up in the Spending Tab transactions.

For dividend income to show up in a transaction on the Spending tab, it must be a "banking" type deposit, rather than an "investment" type.  For any dividend or reinvestment dividend to show up in the Spending tab as income, it should be entered as a deposit entry in the account.
