Troubleshooting Mobile and Alerts in Quicken for Mac

Here are some of the commonly faced issue that you can resolve yourself:

Unable to log into the Quicken mobile app

    If you are unable to log into the Quicken mobile app, ensure that you are using your Intuit ID. This must be the same Intuit ID you used when you register your Quicken desktop application.

    Note: To see the Intuit ID in use by Quicken desktop, go to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services.

Issues with Syncing

    If you run into issues while synching, try the following workarounds in the sequence listed:

Multiple data files

    We recommended that you sync one data file per Intuit ID. If you want to sync multiple data files, it is recommended that you create one Intuit ID per data file.

Tip: To find out which version of Quicken you are using, open Quicken go to Help menu and select About Quicken.
