Update Share Balance in Quicken Causes Incorrect Shares on Quicken.com

This issue will occur if you have used the "Update Share Balance" feature in Quicken which creates a Placeholder transaction in your investment register.  Placeholder transactions are not exported to Quicken.com during the Portfolio Sync.
