Forgot security answer

Here are some tips that may help you remember your security answer:

  • Did you add any numbers or special characters?
  • Did you use an alternate spelling?
  • Did you add any extra spaces or a hyphen between two words?
  • Did you enter two words, instead of one (for example, your mother's first name and maiden name)?

Note: Your answer is not case-sensitive.

If you still cannot remember your security answer, contact us. We'll ask for your user ID and e-mail address (the one you provided when you set up this ID). We'll send you a password reset e-mail, which also will allow you to reset your security answer.
