While reconciling accounts online, it shows 0.00 ending balance in Quicken 2014

In Quicken 2014, the ending balance appears 0.00 for online activated accounts which use auto reconcile feature.

  1. Select the Tools menu > Account List
  2. Select your account, then click edit.
  3. Select on online services tab.
  4. Uncheck the option Use online balance to reconcile.
  5. Click OK to close.
