Why do I get "Unable to back up file" when backing up my Quicken data file to a CD?

There may be an incompatibility between your CD-ROM drive and Quicken. (Check the CD-ROM manufacturer's website for compatibility issue information.) If you're unable to resolve this issue, your best bet is to use a workaround to bypass the CD formatting requirements.
