Deleting a Transaction From the Account Register

To delete a transaction from your account register:

  1. From the Quicken Tools menu, choose Account List.
  2. Double-click the account to open its register.
  3. Click to select the transaction you want to delete.
  4. Click Edit button directly beneath the transaction, and then choose Delete (or Delete Transaction in older versions).
  5. Click Yes to confirm.

Note: When deleting transactions that include transfers between accounts, Quicken removes the transfer from both accounts.
