An issue has been identified in which accounts cannot be added for transaction download using Quicken Connect with the following banks:Â

- Jackson National Life
- Empower Rtd - 401k
- Financial Decisions
- Invesco
- Janus Henderson
- Mutual of America
- Dodge and Cox Funds
- The Education Plan
- Ohio Deferred Compensation
- Victory CapitalÂ
Users who already have an account connected with these banks will see a $0.00 balance.Â
This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it.
Additional information
In the meantime, Direct Connect and Web Connect may be options if your bank provides them. Check with your bank to confirm how to set up your account for Direct Connect or Web Connect.
