You may receive the following message while attempting to download information from your financial institution:

OL-291: Quicken was not able to complete your request at this time. The next time you go online for this financial institution, Quicken will attempt to re-send your original request. Please try again later.

Details

This message indicates that Quicken did not receive a response from the financial institution's server and the connection timed out. This could be due to an issue with the internet connection, or the server could be overloaded with traffic.

No action needs to be taken when encountering this message. Next time you attempt an online session, Quicken will send the request again.
