Citibank will discontinue support of Quicken Direct Connect beginning on October 2, 2015. This means that in order to continue downloading transactions from Citibank and paying your bills from Quicken, you will need to update your Quicken settings.

To continue to download transactions from Citibank into Quicken, you will need to switch to Web Connect or Express Web Connect by updating your Quicken settings. We have set up step-by-step instructions to guide you through this process.

We set up a dedicated support phone number 650-250-1900 so that our customer care agents can assist you as well. We will be available 5 AM – 5 PM PST.
