The Portfolio is a strategic asset allocation fund whose objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation. To achieve this, the Portfolio invests primarily in the units of mutual funds which, in turn, invest in equity securities of companies located throughout the world. The Portfolio may invest up to 100% of its net assets in foreign securities. The Portfolio may invest up to 10% of its net assets in illiquid securities, alternative assets and alternative funds. The Portfolio may invest its net assets in securities of exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”). Investments in ETFs must be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
