Quicken Sweepstakes
1. Sweepstakes and organizers
The promoter of this online sweepstakes “Quicken Celebration Sweepstakes” (hereinafter referred to as “Sweepstakes”) is Quicken Inc., 3760 Haven Avenue Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Quicken”). The participation in the sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the following participation terms and conditions.
2. Prize and prize value
Three (3) Grand Prizes winners will each receive one (1) JBL Flip 5 speaker. Thirty (30) runner-up winners will each receive one (1) tumbler. The total value of all prizes is $908 USD. There will be thirty-three (33) winners in total, all drawn at random. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Payment of taxes for prizes received is the sole responsibility of the winners.
3. Participation
3.1 Eligible entrants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the 50 states of the United States of America. Employees of Quicken, their family members and its affiliate companies and marketing agencies are prohibited from entering this sweepstakes. There is a limit of one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
3.2 Participation in the sweepstakes is possible only within the period designated in section 3.3 below. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge.
3.3 There are two ways to enter in the sweepstakes. To enter, do one of the following between 9:00 am PT on December 4th, 2023 and 11:59 pm PT on December 31st, 2023:

- Enter by mail
3.4 No purchase necessary to enter. To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without participating on social media: on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (mandatory), place in a stamped envelope and mail to: Quicken Inc. (Quicken Celebration Sweepstakes), 3760 Haven Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail entries must be postmarked by December 31st, 2023 and must be received by January 10th, 2023. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.
3.5 The winners are drawn at random. Only those who meet at least one of the conditions described in paragraph 3.3 will be eligible for the sweepstakes drawing and this will be confirmed for each winner drawn. Quicken cannot be held liable for late and/or incomplete entries. Tagging a company or celebrity that is no way related to the sweepstakes will be disqualified. Winners may be asked to complete a Certificate of Eligibility or similar document in order to receive their prize.
4. Execution and carrying out of the prize win
4.1 Winners will be drawn and notified 10 days after the close of the entry period. The winners will be notified via direct message (sent to their account) from the @quickenofficial account on Instagram or via their email address if they entered by mail, and must confirm acceptance of the prize. Prizes will be shipped out to the winner’s street address within 7 days of acknowledgement of receipt of notification, Certificate of Eligibility or similar document completion, and providing of a valid email address if not already provided. No charges will be incurred upon registration. To accept the prize, winners have to give consent to publish their name (first name and the first letter of last name or Instagram username) on our Instagram. The winner must confirm, using the contact routes specified in the notification, the receipt of the notification as well as his/her/their name and address within 5 days of being notified of the prize by the sweepstakes promoter Quicken. Otherwise, the right to the prize ceases and Quicken will make a reasonable effort to contact and reward another randomly selected entrant. In this respect, the entrant is responsible for making sure that he/she/they takes note of the notification of the prize from Quicken via his/her social media or email account. 4.2 The claim to the prize may not be assigned or transferred. The prize cannot be supplemented or changed. If the prize cannot be made available to the winner for whatever reason, Quicken reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
4.3 The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
5. Exclusion from participation
5.1 Quicken reserves the right to exclude entrants from the sweepstakes if they violate any of these terms and conditions.
5.2 Moreover, Quicken reserves the right to exclude from the sweepstakes entrants who use prohibited tools or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (in particular, collective or repeated entries if such are not expressly allowed by Quicken). This is the case when, for example, automatic scripts, hacking tools, trojans, or viruses are used or when an entrant gains an advantage through other prohibited means. Also providing false personal details and using fake profiles may result in exclusion from the sweepstakes, denial of prize award, or claim-back of prize
6. Early cancellation or discontinuation of the sweepstakes
Quicken is entitled to discontinue the sweepstakes ahead of schedule or suspend or modify the sweepstakes in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control that renders the carrying out of the sweepstakes according to original plans difficult or unreasonable for Quicken. This includes in particular, but without limitation, the unauthorized intervention of third parties, technical problems with hardware and, or software that is beyond the organizer's control as well as violations of law which are directly connected with the carrying out of the sweepstakes, including, in particular, tampering with the sweepstakes process.
7. Transfer of rights
The participant transfers to Quicken for non-exclusive use for its business purposes all usage rights, ancillary copyrights, and other rights already created or to be created by, or acquired or to be acquired from the entrant to photographs and/or photographic works that are provided to Quicken as part of his/her/their participation in this sweepstakes. The rights are transferred to Quicken without limitations in terms of content, time, and geography.

9. Final provisions
By participating in the sweepstakes the user waives his/her/their rights to any legal action relating to the sweepstakes or prize claimed.
