We are searching for a contract Data Engineer to join our lifecycle marketing team and support our Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include tracking online customer behavior trends, and optimization strategies, uncovering testing and optimization opportunities, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating with internal clients.

Responsibilities: 
  • Build data and reporting solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem with CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and standard Salesforce reports
  • Understand Quicken’s end-to-end sales process and customer journey
  • Define and build datasets that are optimized to specific metrics and insights
  • Ensure related metrics across business units are aligned with strategic priorities
  • Analyze, monitor, and identify trends in key performance metrics
  • Identify gaps in metrics that may lead to actionable insights
  • Craft visually appealing dashboards that convey data and metrics in an easily digestible format
  • Build complex data applications composed of multiple related dashboards 
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing to ensure data accuracy
  • Report on campaign performance and aim to hit KPIs and department goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, or related field
  • Experience in CRM data visualization
  • Minimum 1-3 years hands-on experience with CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and Salesforce reports
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong statistical skills and experience managing large data sets
  • Experience with SQL or other query languages preferred
  • Ability to tell a story through visualizations and data preferred
  • Ability to identify gaps in current datasets preferred
  • Experience with Einstein Discovery for predictive modeling preferred
  • Experience using Jira to track projects
  • Strong execution capability with high standards in a rapidly evolving business
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data collection and process standardization

    This is a contract role within our Marketing team.
