Message: Restore finished with error(s). RA2234: No backups performed on this account...

When trying to perform the Quicken Online Backup Restore process of the data file, the following error occurs:

Restore finished with error(s). RA2234: No backups performed on this account. There is nothing to restore. Contact Customer Support for further assistance.

This error is caused by starting and stopping a restore job multiple times. The backup servers have to cancel each restore job before it can start a new one.

To resolve this issue, wait approximately 30 minutes and try the restore again. This will give the server time to cancel any outstanding restore jobs.

Important: When you start a restore, it can take some time to access the information and restore. It might look as if nothing is happening, but this is not the case. Please do not cancel any further restore jobs unless absolutely necessary.
