Message While Registering Quicken: Invalid Phone Number


Learn what to do if you get an Invalid Phone Number message registering Quicken.

When registering Quicken, you may receive an Invalid Phone Number message.

 

If you are attempting to sign in or register your Quicken program with an Intuit ID that was previously established in another Intuit program or used on quicken.com (when you purchased Quicken software) and provided a phone number, the number format may be causing interference with signing in or registering.

Have you registered any Intuit product?  This includes Quicken, QuickBooks, TurboTax, and investing.quicken.com.  If so, navigate to your account information and provide your phone number as 10-digit string.  Do not use dashes or spaces.  Once you have saved your new account information, attempt to sign in or register Quicken again.

If you continue to see this message, you may have to register a new Intuit ID.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
