Navy Federal Credit Union Not Getting Current Data


Navy Federal Credit Union accounts are not getting current transactions/balances when using One Step Update (Quicken Windows products) or Update All Online Accounts (Shift + Command + U in Quicken Essentials Mac).

Navy FCU requested that Intuit not perform overnight account updates (known as Batch Aggregation), a process necessary for updating using OSU/Update All.

Solution:

The only way to get latest account information is via Live Refresh:

  • Quicken Windows: Account register > Account actions gear icon or button > Update Now. NOTE: you can add the icon for Update Now to the registers toolbar in Quicken 2013 & newer, to make this process easier.
  • Quicken Essentials Mac: Click the Update button at the bottom of the account register.
