Deleting a Scheduled Transaction in Quicken
Important: This FAQ refers to Quicken Bill Pay, a service that will be discontinued on August 31st, 2020. Our new service, Quicken Bill Manager, is now available for paying your bills directly from Quicken. For more information about switching to Quicken Bill Manager, click here.
Please follow the steps below for deleting a scheduled transaction in Quicken:
- From the Quicken Home screen, click the Scheduled Bills & Deposits tab. The (+ In/ - Out/ = What's Left) Projected Cash Flow snapshot appears at the top of the page.
- Click Show Full List.
- Select the transaction you want to delete, and click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm that you want to delete this transaction from the list.
Note: Deleting a scheduled transaction stops it from being scheduled in the future. This doesn't affect past transactions you've already recorded in your register.
