Error When Using Online Services in Quicken for Mac: FDP-2800

Overview

You may receive one of the following errors while attempting to use online services in Quicken for Mac:

• FDP-2800

• Error 2800

To resolve this issue

This error occurs when transaction download security information needs to be reauthorized.

We recommend to first check the Quicken Community for alerts on widespread issues or bank outages.

If there are no alerts in the Community, wait 24 to 48 hours and then try to update the account again

If the issue persists

If the problem continues for more than a few days, contact Quicken Support for assistance.
