You may receive the following message while attempting to download information from your financial institution:
OL-227. Downloaded transactions are in a currency other than US Dollars. Online banking can be used with accounts in US Dollars only.
To resolve this issue
This error occurs when an account is set up for transaction download in U.S. dollars and the currency is changed, typically to Canadian dollars. The only way to resolve this issue is to add the account again.
